In southeastern North Carolina–especially in fast-growing coastal communities like Brunswick and New Hanover–over-development is straining our roads, worsening flooding, and threatening our ability to evacuate safely when hurricanes come.
North Carolinians are working hard, but too many feel like they’re falling behind as everyday costs keep climbing. Things just cost too much. We deserve an economy that rewards work, brings prices under control, and makes life more affordable for families–not just the wealthy and well-connected.
Americans increasingly see the government and our political system itself as the country’s biggest problem.
